The Baseball Scouting and GM course at SMWW was very well put together. Regardless of the participant's familiarity with scouting, statistics, or front office work, there is something for everyone. The course does a great job of getting relatively new people up to speed while simultaneously offering opportunities for more experienced students to learn new things as well.
