Hope Louise's love of football stemmed from her upbringing in Omaha, Nebraska. This ingrained excitement and passion was sparked during the 80s and particularly the 90’s when the Nebraska Cornhuskers of 1995 were one of the most dominant college football programs in history. The team finished 12-0 (7-0) and won the national championship that season. With 638 points, or 53.2 points per game, the offense led the sport. With that total, they became one of the top offenses in college football history. This was her AHA moment and she realized she wanted a career in Sports.
